Job summary

Ontivity, a leader in wireless infrastructure, is seeking a Tower Technician III in the United States to assist in erection, construction, and maintenance of towers, following safety and quality standards.

This safety-sensitive role requires climbing towers up to 500 feet, performing wiring, grounding, and equipment installation, with regular travel and overtime as needed. CMS offers competitive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Safety in rigging coursework completed.
• Able to operate aerial lifts and man lifts.
• Industrial First Aid and Rescue Training completed.
• Able to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, mounting specs.

Responsibilities

• Safety first approach on towers and ensure quality installations.
• Install tower-top equipment including masts, antennas, RRUs, cabling, and labeling with proper documentation.
• Assist with grounding, terminations, and cable installations.
• Support site groundwork and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% and work in all weather conditions.
