Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wireless technologies or tower work.
• OSHA10 certification required.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• RF awareness training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Climb and inspect wireless towers to install and maintain antenna systems.
• Rig and assemble tower components safely.
• Route and secure cables and jumpers.
• Troubleshoot fiber, power and RF issues with PIM/Sweep gear.
• Take pre-construction and closeout photos.
• Comply with safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
