Job summary

ADB Companies Inc is seeking a Level III Tower Technician to join our nationwide team. You will safely climb towers, perform RF and fiber testing, and assist in training Level I/II technicians under supervision. A strong safety mindset and ALL IN attitude are essential for success.

The role requires 4+ years in wireless tech, a valid driver license, and willingness to travel 100% nationwide. Training and mentorship are provided to develop your skills and career path.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in wireless technologies field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• First Aid/ CPR and OSHA10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Decommission a tower and tower equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform PIM, RF sweep and fiber tests as needed from the tower top.
• Install and route coax, hybrid trunks, and all jumpers.
• Rig towers with Class III/IV rigging as required; climb towers safely.
• Troubleshoot fiber, power, and RF issues using PIM/sweep gear and testers.
