Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC in Missouri is seeking a Level III Tower Technician with a minimum of 2 years in the wireless industry to support safety, RF configurations, testing, and tower maintenance. This role emphasizes AL L IN safety culture and career growth, with 100% travel nationwide.

The technician will climb towers (up to tall heights), perform PIM/RF tests, install coax and jumpers, and mentor Level I/II teammates under supervision. USA-wide work with a strong safety focus is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Wireless Technologies
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• First Aid / CPR certification preferred
• OSHA10 certification preferred
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Decommission a tower and tower equipment safely and efficiently
• PIM test, RF Sweep test and Fiber test as requested from the top of the tower
• Install and route coax, hybrid trunks, and all jumpers
• Rig a tower in a Class IV rigging scenario
• Install microwave dishes, antennas, RRUs and other wireless equipment on the tower
• Gain knowledge from experienced Technicians and foreman to develop your skills
