Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in wireless technologies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; OSHA10 preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history; First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Layout and install ice bridge and cad welds.
• Build out a tower platform on the ground and install on the tower with cathead exposure.
• Route and secure hybrid cables and jumpers; fabricate steel in field.
• Wire in Raycaps and install lighting controllers; troubleshoot RF and fiber issues.
• Rig and climb towers for replacement and repair of antenna systems.
• Install microwave dishes, antennas, RRUs and other wireless equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements; use PPE as needed.
• Take pre-construction and closeout photos; learn from senior technicians.
