PRE-US is hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Lead to drive wireless sales performance and coach a team of sales associates. You will deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development to ensure top customer experiences. This role rewards performance with unlimited commissions and travel between store locations as needed.

• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Preferred Experience

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
