Acosta Group in Franklin, TN is hiring a high-energy Territory Sales Manager for Wireless. You will drive sales performance, coach store teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to wireless shoppers.

Successful candidates are self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong communication and leadership skills. The role requires flexible retail availability, travel within the district, and training new staff while meeting KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor decisions.
• Travel between store locations as required.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You'll Do

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
