Acosta Group in Alamosa, CO is hiring a Wireless Territory Sales Manager to drive store sales, coach associates, and deliver a superior shopper experience. This full-time role offers an hourly wage plus unlimited commissions, with paid training and growth opportunities.

You’ll exceed KPIs, train new teammates, and travel between store locations as needed. Must be self-motivated with strong communication, flexible evenings/weekends, and reliable transportation.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

Additional Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods andlift up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
• Must be 18 years or older
