Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) in Rogers, AR, to drive sales performance and coach store teams. You will lead onboarding, role-plays, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer experiences and attainment of sales targets.

This full-time role offers a strong incentive structure with commissions and paid training. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, with excellent communication and leadership abilities, able to travel between store locations and work

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within the district.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues per carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations as needed.

Pay & Perks

• $20 per hour plus unlimited commission, with top performers earning an average of $5-$8 in bonuses on top of the starting wage

What You’ll Do

• Travel between store locations ifrequired

• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
• Background check where applicable
