PRE-US is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager to drive wireless sales, coach staff, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will lead by example, showcase results-driven leadership, and manage incentives to maximize performance.

You will train and develop associates, meet aggressive KPIs, and travel between store locations as needed. The role offers commission-based earning and paid training in a dynamic retail environment.

• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
