Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance across store locations. You will coach and develop sales associates, deliver onboarding and ongoing training, and manage shift responsibilities while traveling between stores as needed.

The role emphasizes meeting and exceeding sales KPIs, coaching others, and maintaining excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced wireless retail environment.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience training or leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
