Acosta Group in Missouri is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Wireless) to drive sales performance, coach store staff, and deliver an outstanding customer experience to wireless shoppers.

You will meet and exceed KPIs, train and mentor associates, conduct onboarding and role-plays, and travel between store locations as needed. The role includes performance-driven incentives and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
