Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales track record in retail or B2C.
- Able to lead and train a small team.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Willing to travel within the district.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales associates.
- Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Resolve escalated customer issues following guidelines.
- Manage shift responsibilities and make floor decisions.
- Travel between store locations as required.
