Acosta Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive wireless sales, coach associates, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development while managing shift duties and floor decisions. Some travel within the district may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
