Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Wireless Territory Sales Manager to drive sales performance and coach store teams in the Pulaski, TN area. The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, coaching, and achieving KPIs while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will train associates, conduct role-plays, and manage shift duties, with opportunities for advancement and performance-based bonuses. Travel between stores may be required.

Qualifications

• Wireless retail experience preferred.
• Proven retail or B2C sales success.
• Experience in training, coaching, or leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
