Job summary

D.R. Horton, America’s Builder, is seeking a Wireless Telecom Administrator I to manage companywide cellular devices and plan usage. You will process requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with end-users and vendors to ensure uninterrupted service.

Ideal candidates have a GED or higher, 1–3 years in telecom, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office required; associate degree preferred. Occasional travel and on-call rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related telecommunications experience.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for cellular phones and wireless cards.
• Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate with vendors and IT.
• Monitor device use and report per policy.
• Train users on cellular phone operations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.
