Wireless Zone, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Operations Assistant to support our sales teams and learn our communication technology and retail processes. You will assist with outbound calls, help customers, merchandise, stock, greet shoppers, transfer data to devices, sell accessories, and manage daily store needs while working varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
