Job summary

Wireless Zone, a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Operations Assistant to support our in-store sales team and learn our sales process, technology and customer service standards.

You will assist with outbound calls, merchandise the sales floor, greet customers, transfer data to devices, sell accessories and handle daily store needs while working a variety of hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices such as Wi-Fi and data devices

Responsibilities

• Make outbound customer service phone calls to assist customers
• Assist customers with service needs and merchandise the sales floor
• Organize stock rooms and greet customers
• Transfer customer data to new devices and sell accessories
• Handle daily in-store needs and provide courteous service
