Job summary

Talk4Less Wireless is seeking a Wireless Manager to oversee a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer location in Philadelphia. You will lead store operations, supervise staff, and ensure top customer service and sales performance.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail management, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach a winning sales team while maintaining Cricket standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in retail or another customer-focused environment.
• HS diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full operation of retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Make staffing adjustments as needed to meet the needs of the business.
• Lead on the sales floor, greet customers, coach employees, and drive store results.
• Establish and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
• Provide leadership to deliver high levels of service within company policies.
• Recruit and hire sales staff on an ongoing basis.
• Oversee all aspects of retail including training, merchandising, and team leadership.
• Motivate and train a winning sales team and ensure customers are informed about billing and service options.
