Qualifications

• Two years sales experience preferred; training provided.
• Leadership ability with at least two years in a business setting and at least three years in customer-facing retail sales.
• Proven ability to drive customer experiences — and sales results — through team development.
• Experience balancing commitments to sales, customers, staff, and operations.
• Adaptable and calm in a changing retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
