Job summary

Wireless Nation, a Verizon Wireless Zone retailer, seeks a Wireless Store Manager in Temple, PA to lead a dynamic store team. You will recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff while driving customer-focused sales, standards, and operational excellence on the sales floor.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising and events, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while meeting store targets and maintaining a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability with in-store supervisory experience.
• Experience driving customer experiences and sales results through team development.
• Ability to manage multiple commitments to sales, customers, staff and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
