Qualifications

• 2+ years of AT&T retail management wireless sales experience.
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend right solutions.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
