Job summary

Fonepage Communications is seeking an Assistant Wireless Manager to support the Store Manager, coach a team of wireless sales consultants, and drive exceptional customer experiences in a Michigan AT&T Authorized Retailer location. This role offers a path to advancement and substantial earning potential through commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

Experience in wireless retail sales or supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of smartphones, tablets, wearables, WiFi systems and streaming services.
Excellent communication and ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
