Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager in Michigan. You will support the Store Manager, coach a team of wireless sales consultants, and drive exceptional customer experiences to achieve sales results.

With paid training and generous commissions, this role offers clear advancement and a path to higher earnings while leading a high-performing store team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in wireless retail sales preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon).
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and streaming services.
• Exceptional communication and ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
