Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, coach a sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Michigan.

This role offers paid training, generous commissions and incentives, opportunities for advancement, and a path to a high-earning retail career through leadership and performance.

Competenze

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Previous retail wireless sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Mansioni

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
