Job summary

Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Wireless Manager to support the Store Manager, coach a team of wireless sales consultants, and drive store performance.

You will lead by example, manage daily operations, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences while pushing toward sales goals and profitability in a fast-paced retail environment in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Previous retail wireless sales preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon).
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/ streaming services.
• Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
