Responsibilities

• Review sales data and address gaps before they become patterns.
• Manage scheduling to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Handle escalations professionally and drive resolution.
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures.
• Represent BLW at events to grow the customer base.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
