Job summary

Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, seeks a dynamic Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, coach the sales team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences with strong earning potential through commissions.

You will train and mentor wireless consultants, strive to exceed store sales goals, oversee daily operations, and maintain a welcoming store environment that builds local loyalty.

Qualifications

• Previous retail wireless sales preferred (AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon).
• Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, WiFi systems, internet solutions, and entertainment/streaming services.
• Exceptional communication and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
