Job summary

At T-Mobile, we design wireless solutions to meet customer needs, consulting on opportunities and architecting tailored designs. The role includes hands-on API-based integrations and product demonstrations to enable informed decisions during sales.

You will work with Product Architects and CX teams to test, validate, and support API-enabled solutions while staying current with wireless technologies and market trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field preferred.
• 2–4 years experience in telecommunications, IT administration, network engineering, or API/integration roles with REST APIs, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), or integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Consult on customer needs and design tailored wireless solutions to drive opportunity development.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, including API capabilities, to address inquiries.
• Design, test, and support API-enabled solutions (e.g., Employee Choice, Technical Portal) with product architects and CX teams.
• Maintain and update technical expertise through training and certification in wireless tech and APIs.
