Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.
Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that fit their lifestyle.
Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently.
Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays.
Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services.
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
