The role requires enthusiasm, strong product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position with a franchisee-led training program and benefits, including health, dental, 401(k), and paid training.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless or tech experience a plus)
• Flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
