Wireless Zone LLC is seeking a motivated Wireless Expert to join our team in Bossier City, Louisiana. In this full-time role, you will help customers stay connected with the latest products while delivering exceptional service.

You will greet and assist customers, identify their needs, and recommend the best wireless solutions. The ideal candidate is friendly and confident with excellent communication skills and some retail experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless or tech experience a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
