Qualifications

• One year of proven retail sales management experience.
• One year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day store operations and targeted sales achievement.
• Lead merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Ensure customer service and retention through audits and training.
