Job summary

Blue Link Wireless is seeking an Assistant Wireless Store Manager (Sales Leader) to act as a true assistant manager, selling on the floor, supporting the team, and building skills for running a store. You will work closely with the Store Leader, handling daily operations, coaching staff, and contributing to store goals.

You will develop product knowledge of AT&T devices, plans, and promotions to lift team performance and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in retail sales preferred.
• 2+ years leading or managing others preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Wireless or telecom industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Leader on daily operations, staffing, and performance.
• Sell alongside your team and lead by example on every shift.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through real-time feedback and mentoring.
• Help the team hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Assist with product launches, merchandising, and maintaining brand standards.
• Stay sharp on AT&T promotions, devices, and wireless trends.
