Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Buda, TX to lead a sales team, model exceptional customer service, and drive growth for the brand. You will coach staff on product knowledge, engage customers, and support store operations to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day duties, managing merchandising activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining store security and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• One (1) year proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• One (1) year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the functions of the store in his/her absence
• Assists Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including:
• Targeted sales achievement Merchandising/promotional activities
• Customer service and retention, Audits, Employee training, Inventory management, Cash handling, reconciliations and deposits
• Customer satisfaction measured by surveys, Store safety and security
