Qualifications

• One year proven retail sales management experience.
• One year of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass background checks

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of the store in their absence
• Support day-to-day store operations, including merchandising/promotional activities
• Drive targeted sales and ensure excellent customer service and retention
• Assist with audits, employee training, inventory management, cash handling, reconciliations and deposits
• Ensure customer satisfaction through surveys, store safety and security
