Russell Cellular is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer service while identifying wireless needs and matching them with our products and services.

Base pay starts at $12 per hour with uncapped commissions; average with commission is about $17 per hour. A $1000 sign-on bonus is offered, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement within our 750+ store network.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills to engage customers.
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn wireless products quickly.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and community events.
• Contact customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
