Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse customers.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular devices and services with outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for upsell opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and demonstrate device capabilities.
• Handle store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, and cash management.
• Develop plans to meet daily sales goals.
