Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to join our retail team in the United States. The role offers a base rate of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commission potential, with an average hourly earnings of $20.00 when commissions are included.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills; ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base is desired.
• Motivation and an inner drive to learn, grow, and excel.
• A knack for technology and the ability to learn wireless quickly.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Open availability during store hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory, cash management, and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans for daily/monthly sales goals.
