Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories.
• Deliver outstanding service to retain and gain customers.
• Assist with promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Keep store clean, stock accessories, and maintain displays consistent with corporate standards.
