Talk4less Wireless is seeking a motivated wireless consultant to join our Cricket Wireless dealer team in the Pittsburgh area. You will provide friendly customer service, learn current promos, and keep the store displays compliant with corporate standards.

Role involves selling no-contract phones and accessories, handling POS transactions, and participating in events. A high school diploma and at least one year in retail or customer service are required; wireless sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service and greet customers promptly.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates; communicate with management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays up to date with corporate standards.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash securely during transactions.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories; strive to retain customers.
• Participate in outside events or promotions and work flexible hours.
