Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer, is seeking ambitious sales representatives in Westminster, CO. You will greet customers, learn promos, and assist with wireless devices and service plans in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail or customer service experience and basic computer skills. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays are required; training and room for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner to create a positive store environment.
• Learn new promos, price changes, and policy updates to assist customers effectively.
• Handle administrative and operational tasks and communicate with management to resolve issues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant to standards.
• Balance customer experience with performance goals and be flexible for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories in a fast-paced environment and participate in events or promotions.
