RedLion Mobility in Port Washington, NY, is seeking energetic Retail Sales Representatives to drive in-store sales and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will present telecom products, identify customer needs, and recommend bundles for mobile, internet, TV, and related services.

The role emphasizes upselling, meeting sales and commission goals, and clear communication of pricing and promotions to customers. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecom, or retail sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius with reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs preferred.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons is preferred. Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation
