This role combines customer service with sales in a fast-paced retail environment, with a base hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities. Average earnings can reach the mid-to-high teens per hour, with performance-based bonuses and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
