Russell Cellular is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions and stay connected. You will blend relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to deliver a high-quality wireless experience.

Earn a base rate plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $17 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and discounts. This role supports local communities and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with technology and quick learning of new products.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
