Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose the right wireless solutions. You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to keep customers connected while growing your career in a fast-paced retail setting.

Compensation includes a $12.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $17.00 per hour. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with employer matching,

Qualifications

• Customer service experience helpful but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Motivation to learn and succeed in a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for devices, plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through ongoing service and follow-up.
• Assist customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting and service issues.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing.
• Maintain knowledge of wireless products, services, and promotions through training.
• Assist with daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, cash handling, opening/closing.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support and participate in sales initiatives and promotions.
