Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Sales Advocate in Texarkana, TX to serve customers by providing the right wireless solutions and delivering excellent service. You will represent Cricket Wireless and the Mobilelink brand with professionalism and care.

You’ll build value, hit sales goals and KPIs, and may participate in events. Training and tools are provided; unlimited earning potential comes from commissions. PTO after 90 days; health, dental, vision, and life insurance are included.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored wireless solutions for individuals or businesses.

• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
