Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Sales Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help customers find the right Cricket Wireless solutions and support store operations while striving toward sales KPIs.

The role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions and benefits including PTO after 90 days, health/dental/vision insurance, and life insurance. 18+ and able to work at least 32 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Experience in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
• Must be 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value with tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless professionally at all times.
• Assist store leaders with daily operations and meet sales KPIs.
• Occasionally participate in outside events to promote customer acquisition.
