Mobilelink USA in Jonesboro, AR 72401 is hiring a Sales Advocate to join our Cricket Wireless family. This role offers opportunities for unlimited earnings through commissions and a defined career path with potential for leadership advancement.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, tailor solutions, represent the Cricket brand professionally, and support store operations. Weekend/evening availability is required; travel to multiple nearby stores may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
