You will join a team focused on customer satisfaction, sales performance, and active participation in community events, with benefits including health, dental, vision coverage and life insurance. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions to fit individual, family, or business needs.
• Represent the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism.
• Assist store leadership with store operations.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, including bonus opportunities.
• May participate in outside events to support customer acquisition and brand growth.
• Attend scheduled events with notice; participation is a condition of employment.
